Disclaimer: I am not a Doctor. I am a survivor of a Glioblastoma Multiforme Grade 4 Brain Tumor. For those that don’t know it is a Brain Tumor. I have done a lot research. This is my story and I am sticking to it. This is what I believe. I believe that the key to beating cancer is to kill the Cancer Stem Cells. This is dedicated to my Mom, Helen JoAnn McCraw. She died of Pancreatic Cancer on 10/08/2012
There is no cure for cancer. Cancer is a chronic metabolic disease. Much like diabetes. You cannot cure cancer but you can treat cancer. Cancer is something that everyone has. Your immune system kills cancer. When you age or something happens to make your immune system gets weak you get cancer. You CANNOT beat cancer by using chemotherapy and radiation. There is a small part of tumor that is called the Cancer Stem Cells. The Cancer Stem Cells is the target, not the tumor. Chemotherapy and radiation causes the cancer to metastasize. There is no cure for cancer. It is a chronic metabolic disease. Chronic diseases cannot be cured. If you use the standard of care, chemotherapy and radiation, your cancer is going to come back, and with a vengeance. It might not be immediately it could several years. It is going to come back.
Cancer Stem Cells(CSC) is the most asked about when it comes to cancer. If you want to be truly cancer free you have to eliminate the Cancer Stem Cells. There are many ways to do this. I like killing them at the grocery store. You eat well and you kill the Cancer Stem Cells. It's like killing two birds with one stone

“Recently it is considered that there is a small population of cells with stem cell property not only in leukemia but also in solid cancer. These cells show the ability of self-renewal and multi-potential differentiation, and can initiate and maintain a tumor”
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30268439/
“subpopulation of tumor bulk and acquire resistant to conventional therapies and are considered as the primary tumor initiator cells. Nowadays, the tumor heterogeneity originated from CSCs, and its progenitors are accepted as a mortifying drawback in front of the cancer therapies”
Cancer stem cells, cancer cell plasticity and radiation therapy - PubMed (nih.gov)
The model predicts that for any therapy to provide cure, all cancer stem cells have to be eliminated while the survival of differentiated progeny is less critical.
Stem cells, cancer, and cancer stem cells - PubMed (nih.gov)
Perhaps the most important and useful property of stem cells is that of self-renewal.
'Knowledge is a cancer patient's best friend. The more you know about your disease the better your chances are of beating it. Find out everything you can about your disease. Knowledge heals; ignorance kills’ Richard Annette Bloch - Cancer Survivors Park
I was diagnosed with a brain tumor, Glioblastoma Multiforme Grade 4, on July 22, 2013. My prognosis was 14 months. I did a lot of research since then. I found out that it is suspected that we all have cancer. It hasn’t been a problem for most people. The older we get the more chance we have of getting cancer. At the present 1 out 2 men will get cancer; 1 out 3 women will get cancer in their lifetime.
Inflammation is the root cause of all solid tumors. The best way to beat this is by anti-inflammatory diet. Killing the Cancer Stem Cells (CSC) is the only way to beat cancer because it kills the inflammation. The most basic way to kill the CSC is what you eat. The grocery store is the best way to fight cancer. And then there is cannabis oil, Melatonin, IP-6, Seed Based Diets they all fight inflammation. The Cancer Stem Cell is about 1% if the tumor. The Cancer Stem Cells have recently been identified in several solid tumors including: Brain, Colon, Head and Neck, Liver, Lung, Ovary, Pancreas, Prostate, Melanoma, Multiple Myeloma, Non-melanoma skin cancer, Stomach.
Most Oncologist are trying to shrink the tumors with chemotherapy and radiation. The tumor is NOT the target. The Cancer Stem Cells are the target. Most Oncologist do not know this because they were not taught this. It is not the Oncologist fault.

My Oncologist wanted me to go back on chemotherapy. She sent me to get another opinion. I refused, not once, but twice to not go back on chemotherapy. The Doctor’s told me I might die if I did not go back on chemotherapy. I took about 2 MRI’s, 3 months apart for the tumor to start shrinking. I knew I had made the right choice. Glioblastoma Multiforme Grade 4 do not typically shrink, especially with no treatment. I had chemotherapy on May 5, 2014 and it was last time I did chemotherapy or any sort of treatment except for Keppra. Keppra is an anti-seizure medicine. It was sometime around May or June 2016 when the MRI showed it was shrinking. That was about 2 years with no treatments.
I had cancer, a serious cancer. I was going to die if I didn’t do something. I started out listening to the Medical Staff. I figured they knew what to do. I found later the Doctor’s, The Nurse’s, Researcher’s only know what they are taught. Surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation is what they are taught. They are so wrong. It is the worst way to treat cancer. The cancer industry is huge. It makes a lot of money and Big Pharma is not going to change that. They have everyone believing they are searching for a cure. Even the media believes they are looking for a cure.
My Treatment Plan
My Oncologist sent me to Neurological Surgeon for second opinion on if I should resume Chemotherapy. I refused twice even though he said I might die. Here are the Doctor’s visits. Now he is a believer.

Mr. McCraw is a 57-year-old male who presents for follow-up of a left frontal Glioblastoma Multiforme. I continue to think his current imaging supports tumor progression.
I discussed the situation with him. He is not very interested in intervention at this point. He understands the ramifications of this, which include death. I will see him in two months with repeat imaging.

Once again, I discussed the situation with him. He is not very interested in intervention at this point. He understands the ramifications of this, which include death. I will see him in two months with repeat imaging.

Most GBM’s stay in remission they don’t usually shrink. In December 2015 the cancer came back. By this time, I had discovered 4 more things, Turmeric, Ginger, and Cayenne Pepper to beat cancer. I started right away.
